The role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference within the Employee Services Hub to play a pivotal role in the HR shared services administrative operation, delivering a confidential, efficient, and effective professional HR and administrative support service. This role will allow you to explore the opportunities that a career in HR can deliver.
What will you be doing?
You will provide key support as first point of contact for a range of day-to-day queries from internal and external customers. You will be responsible for end-to-end administration across employment lifecycle activity, focusing on onboarding and employee life cycle tasks, providing advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.

You should apply if
- You have proven experience in a high volume, busy administrative or HR transactional role, as well as excellent Office 365 skills, a quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease
- You will be a natural problem solver, always looking for the answer yourself before asking how to solve an issue
- You have excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive customer-focused approach and are a great team player
- You enjoy working in a busy environment and can respond positively to change

Additional information
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract - Maternity cover for 12 months
Work pattern: Full time - 35 hours
Grade: F
Salary: £28,778 - £32,080 per annum
