Love helping customers? Love winning new customers? Passionate about helping small and mid-sized businesses get their systems in order? Have a background working in Human Resources? Want to work remotely with flexible hours? Then this job is for you!
About the Role
We're looking for a driven Customer Success Specialist with a selling mindset to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them get up and running with our HR software, guiding them to the right solutions for their business, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of our platform.
This isn't a passive support role. We want someone who genuinely enjoys selling HR solutions - someone who can spot a customer need, confidently demonstrate our software, and confidently close the conversation. And then you'll also be involved in onboarding and supporting those customers too. If you have a sales background and a passion for HR technology, this could be the perfect fit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
