At Cintra, we believe great HR should feel personal, proactive and precise. As part of Cintra HR & Payroll Services, our HR Software Support team provides hands-on support to UK businesses across a wide range of industries and sizes.
Our clients trust us to make HR software work for them – not the other way around. As our HR Software Support Specialist, you'll be one of the technical experts behind that promise.
You'll support clients throughout their journey with Cintra: helping to onboard and configure new customers, delivering training, diagnosing issues, resolving support tickets and helping users get the most from our HR software.
You'll be someone who is comfortable getting into the detail of a system and working out why something isn't behaving as expected. Just as importantly, you'll be great with people – able to explain things clearly, remain calm when a client needs help and take genuine satisfaction from solving problems.

What you'll do
- Become a deep product expert on Cintra's HRIS platform.
- Support the onboarding and configuration of new clients, helping to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
- Deliver clear, engaging system demonstrations and training to clients.
- Manage, investigate and resolve client support tickets with accuracy, speed and professionalism.
- Diagnose system and user issues, identifying solutions and escalating technical problems where appropriate.
- Provide knowledgeable day-to-day support that gives clients confidence in using the platform.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve both our product and the customer experience.
- Work closely with our HR Consultants and wider Cintra teams to provide a seamless client experience.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience using or supporting HR software/HRIS systems, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
- Enjoy investigating problems and finding practical solutions.
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in getting things right.
- Are highly organised, methodical and confident managing multiple priorities and support requests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, whether by email, telephone or video call.
- Are confident explaining systems and processes to people with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a friendly, fast-moving team.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality when working with HR and employee data.
- Are confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
