岗位职责：
- 协助部门进行欧美市场的人才招聘、筛选与面试安排；
- 管理候选人信息，进行初步沟通和背景了解；
- 协助制定和执行招聘策略，推动招聘流程高效运作；
- 对欧美市场的劳动法规、人才市场趋势及文化差异提供支持和建议；
- 协助整理和分析招聘数据，撰写招聘及人事报告；
- 配合团队完成其他人力资源相关工作。

岗位要求：
- 英文必须为母语水平，对欧美（尤其欧洲）文化、市场和社会环境有实际了解与认知；
- 年龄23-33岁之间，不限大学学历（有数理工科背景者优先）；
- 具备基本的人力资源/招聘工作经验，专业基础可初级；
- 学习能力和理解能力极强，能够快速掌握新知识和适应工作流程；
- 中英文沟通能力良好，能够独立撰写文档、邮件及报告；
- 良好的沟通、组织和协调能力，责任心强，细心严谨。
