Role Description

The HR Specialist – Chinese Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Lichfield, supporting day-to-day human resources operations for the local team and wider organization. This position involves administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The role includes handling employee queries regarding benefits, leave, and workplace policies, and supporting performance and personnel management activities. The HR Specialist will prepare HR documentation and reports, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and provide bilingual (English and Chinese) support for communication with employees and stakeholders. Collaboration with managers and HR leadership to improve HR processes and employee experience is a key part of the role.

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations and projects.
  • Ability to apply and maintain HR Policies in line with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Experience managing Employee Benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including employee records, performance support, and workforce documentation.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to handle bilingual communication effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or HR software and standard office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in an HR specialist or generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment.
