We're looking for an HR Specialist who loves recruitment. If you enjoy finding outstanding talent, improving the way people work, and turning manual processes into scalable solutions, we'd love to meet you.

Your role at xpate:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, employer branding and hiring effectiveness.
  • Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring quality and speed.
  • Own key People Operations processes within the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and a seamless employee lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve and automate People processes. If something is manual, repetitive, or inefficient, you'll find a smarter, scalable solution.
  • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture.
  • Help develop, maintain, and communicate internal HR policies and documentation.
  • Support the wider People team with operational tasks and cross-functional projects.

We’re ready to meet you, if…

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Payments, FinTech, or iGaming.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A process-improvement mindset with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise changing workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to review large volumes of information accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support across the entire People function.
  • Above all, a genuine love for people and creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
