This is a 12 month FTC working full time or part time, on site, hybrid or fully remote. The choice is yours.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a strategic HR initiative of a respected values-led organisation located in Swansea.

As a result of rapid growth and phenomenal success, this organisation is seeking a HR Strategic Lead. It is a values led organisation with a genuine commitment to its people. As HR Strategic Lead, you will bring clarity through complexity guiding others through change ensuring that people remain at the centre of every decision. There are 3 components to this role - integration, harmonisation and leadership.

  • Be MCIPD qualified
  • Have a solid HR generalist background
  • Have strategic vision
  • Have ability to align people strategy with evolving transformation
  • Have significant experience of integration (M&A)
  • Sound experience of harmonisation of Ts&Cs
  • Design and introduce internal career development and progression mechanism
  • Liaise with Senior Leaders, Trade Unions in Swansea and London
  • Very occasional travel to London
