HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor is responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department and ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The role involves supervising HR staff, coordinating with management and department heads, and supporting organizational goals through efficient people management and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules and regulations
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave administration, and performance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate with department heads and management on manpower planning and HR initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and records for management review and audits
  • Assist in training, engagement activities, and organizational development programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or related course
  • At least 2 years of experience as HR Officer or HR Generalist
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Knowledgeable in AI tools such as ChatGPT, etc.
  • Highly process-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in government regulations and guidelines (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE)
