HR Support Advisor (Remote) – £33,000 + Training Provided – Entry Level

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and organised HR Support Advisor to join their growing remote Human Resources team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in HR Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, Office Administration, Customer Service, Employee Support, or for graduates and career changers looking to start a career in HR. Full training will be provided.

As an HR Support Advisor, you'll provide day-to-day HR support, assist employees with HR enquiries, maintain confidential employee records, and support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee HR enquiries via email, phone, and internal systems.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documentation, letters, and reports.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee records.
  • Coordinate training and compliance documentation.
  • Support employee lifecycle administration.
  • Ensure HR records remain confidential and compliant.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Good attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Previous experience as an HR Support Advisor, HR Administrator, Human Resources Assistant, Recruitment Administrator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Office Administrator, Employee Relations Assistant, or People Coordinator is beneficial but not essential.
