HR SUPPORT APPRENTICE – PEOPLE TEAM
Location: Bristol or London (hybrid working available)
Salary: £25,000
Start Date: Immediate, with apprenticeship programme commencing in October 2026
Employment Type: 18-month fixed term

THE PEOPLE TEAM
The People Team are based across several locations in the UK working both onsite with Agencies and remotely. We are a professional, close-knit team, comprising of 12+ specialists in Strategic HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, People Services, Reward & Benefits and People Analytics.
THE ROLE
Are you organised, curious, and ready to learn? We're looking for a HR Support Apprentice to join our friendly People Team and gain hands-on experience while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in HR and business administration, working alongside experienced People professionals who will support your development every step of the way. You’ll be given the opportunity to work with all parts of our People Team, which includes, Operations, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
Responsibilities:
- You'll support the People Team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Preparing employment documents, letters and contracts.
- Maintaining accurate employee records within our HR system.
- Supporting recruitment by arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Helping organise inductions, training sessions and employee events.
- Responding to employee queries and directing them to the right person.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring all information is handled confidentially and accurately.

WHAT DO I NEED?
We're more interested in your attitude than your experience. You'll be someone who is:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Ambitious, always curious and happy to get stuck in.
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or willing to learn.
- Able to manage your time and prioritise tasks.
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Interested in building a career in HR, People or Business Administration.
