  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries via email, HR systems, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage inquiries efficiently, ensuring responses are provided within agreed timelines.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the entire recruitment administration process.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements.
  • Coordinate applications, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Handle pre-employment checks, references, and right-to-work documentation.
  • Draft employment contracts and onboarding materials.
  • Assist new employees throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience providing administrative support in a dynamic office setting.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems and databases.
  • Education to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience.
