- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries via email, HR systems, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage inquiries efficiently, ensuring responses are provided within agreed timelines.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Support the entire recruitment administration process.
- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Coordinate applications, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Handle pre-employment checks, references, and right-to-work documentation.
- Draft employment contracts and onboarding materials.
- Assist new employees throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience providing administrative support in a dynamic office setting.
- Familiarity with computerized systems and databases.
- Education to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience.

- Working hours: 37 hours per week
- Location: Industrial Park, 41 Kenmore Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF2 0XE, United Kingdom
- Payment schedule: Bi-weekly
