HR Support Services Officer

We are pleased to announce that we are now welcoming applications for the role of HR Support Services Officer. We are looking to recruit one part-time team member (22.5 hours per week) to join our team.

Purpose of the Role

To provide high quality and efficient transactional HR services to the Trust and workforce, ensuring all transactions occur accurately, in a timely manner, in line with appropriate Trust Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction by offering support and advice where required and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Processing forms and responding to queries daily; taking a proactive approach to ensure that queries are resolved and HR forms are processed within the designated timeframes and SLAs.

Location

Please note that the post holder will be required to work from Lakeview House, Bedford.

About the Team

The post holder will be responsible - along with a team of other Officers - for monitoring, managing and processing HR forms and pay queries using our online ticket management system (Halo ITSM).
