About The Role

The HR System Analyst position at Rodericks Dental Partners is a pivotal role within our dynamic team, primarily focused on supporting the implementation of Workday, our new HR and Payroll platform. This fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and technologically savvy professional to contribute to a significant digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and our external Workday implementation partner to ensure a seamless transition and optimal system performance. The role involves comprehensive testing, data validation, process analysis, and user support, all aimed at enhancing HR and payroll operations across the organization. If you have a passion for HR systems, data analysis, and process improvement, this role provides an excellent platform to develop your expertise while making a tangible impact on the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess prior experience working with HRIS, HR, Payroll, or similar business systems. A strong foundation in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data validation is essential. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, especially with large or complex datasets, is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality. Analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for investigating issues and identifying root causes. The role requires excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience handling sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality is also important. While prior Workday expertise is not required, a demonstrated capability in systems analysis, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
