Rodericks Dental Partners (RDP) is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our team for six months and play a key role in the implementation of Workday, our new HR and Payroll platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in HR systems, technology, data, and testing to gain hands-on experience of a major Workday implementation and make a real difference to how we support thousands of colleagues across RDP.
We're looking for someone who understands HR systems and data, has a strong eye for detail, enjoys solving problems, and wants the opportunity to develop their Workday experience while working alongside our internal project team and our specialist Workday implementation partner.

- Reviewing employee and organisational data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and fit for purpose.
- Supporting regression testing following system updates and configuration changes.
- Maintaining clear and accurate testing, system, and process documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
