SAP SuccessFactors HR Systems Analyst Liverpool | Hybrid (2-3 Days Per Week) | Up to £40,000
A leading international professional services organisation is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors HR Systems Analyst to join their HR Systems team.
SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential. This role will focus heavily on supporting, maintaining, and improving the SuccessFactors environment, alongside reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for SAP SuccessFactors users
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage system-related queries
- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades
- Monitor and improve data quality and integrity
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to drive continuous improvement

Essential Requirements
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Experience in a HR system, HRIS, HR Analyst, or People Systems role
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience building reports and dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
