Elior – A Workplace That Works for You

Are you passionate about technology, solving problems and delivering a great customer experience?

We're looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join our People Services team and become a key support for our Dayforce HR system. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to play an important role in ensuring our HR technology runs smoothly across the business.

As the first point of contact for Dayforce queries, you'll work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations, providing expert support, maintaining system accuracy and helping to continuously improve the user experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy combining customer service with system administration, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: Although this is a hybrid role, regular office attendance is required. Therefore, we are only able to consider candidates who are within a reasonable commuting distance of our Macclesfield office.

What you'll be doing...

  • Acting as the first point of contact for Dayforce queries from employees, managers and HR colleagues.
  • Investigating and resolving a wide range of system issues, including access, self-service, scheduling, timesheets and absence management.
  • Supporting and guiding users on how to get the best from the Dayforce system.
  • Maintaining and updating system configuration, organisational structures and employee records.
  • Performing routine system checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Supporting testing of system updates, enhancements and new functionality.
  • Creating and maintaining user guides and support documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, data quality and the overall user experience.
  • Working collaboratively with HR, Payroll, IT and third-party providers to resolve complex issues and support ongoing HRIS projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
