We're looking for someone who thrives on improving the way things work. This is not a traditional HR administration role. We're looking for a technically minded, forward-thinking individual who can help us modernise our HR function by embracing AI, improving systems, analysing people data and identifying smarter ways of working.

Working as a key support to our HR team and the wider business, you'll challenge existing processes, automate repetitive tasks, improve data quality, streamline HR systems and use technology to create efficiencies across the employee lifecycle.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, love finding better ways of working and get excited by AI, automation and data, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work closely with our Group Director of HR & Development, managers and colleagues across the business to help build a more efficient, data-driven and digitally enabled HR function.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes using technology and AI.
  • Explore, test and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and reduce administration.
  • Configure and optimise HR workflows, forms and approval processes.
  • Support the ongoing development of our HRIS, ensuring systems are used to their full potential.
  • Recommend new technologies and smarter ways of working across HR and the wider business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
