At Newmark

We are building a more connected, efficient and employee-centred HR service. We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to help make that happen.

This is a varied, hands-on role at the intersection of HR Operations, HR Technology and continuous process improvement. You will help ensure that our HR systems, data and processes work seamlessly for employees, managers and HR colleagues across a complex, multi-entity environment. You will be comfortable getting into the detail: investigating a system issue, validating data, improving an employee’s experience, coordinating a change with technical teams, creating clear guidance or turning recurring operational problems into a better long-term solution.

The opportunity

As HR Systems Analyst, you will support the continued development of Oracle HCM and connected HR systems. You will work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and IT to improve the quality, usability and effectiveness of our people systems. This role offers genuine breadth. One day you may be helping to resolve a system configuration issue; the next, you could be supporting to improve onboarding journeys across multiple countries, producing HR reporting, or developing clear operating procedures for our HR Shared Services team.

Contract Type: Fixed term – 12 months

What you will do

  • Provide functional support for Oracle HCM and related HR technology, investigating user queries, system issues and process failures.
  • Support HR system changes from initial requirements through testing, implementation, user communications and post-implementation review.
  • Partner with technical teams to help configure and improve HR processes, including employee and manager self-service, workflows, absence and leave processes, benefits and approvals.
  • Review HR system data for accuracy, completeness and consistency; identify root causes of issues and help implement sustainable controls and improvements.
  • Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, data extracts and dashboards for HR, Payroll, Finance, leadership and regulatory reporting.
  • Support data gathering and validation for key workforce reporting, including diversity-related analysis, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and data governance.
  • Work with Payroll and HR Shared Services to understand the downstream impact of system changes and ensure effective data reconciliation and hand-offs.
  • Help design, document and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits enrolment, leave and family-related processes, organisational changes and employee records.
  • Develop practical process documentation, standard operating procedures, user guidance and knowledge materials that enable consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Support employee and manager communications relating to HR systems, benefits and new processes, ensuring information is accurate, clear and easy to use.
  • Coordinate with external providers and internal technical teams to track incidents, enhancements, access issues, system configuration and service improvements.
  • Work across legal entities and countries, identifying where HR processes need local variation while maintaining appropriate global consistency.
  • Bring a continuous-improvement mindset: challenge manual workarounds, identify recurring themes and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
