HR Systems Analyst – Oracle PeopleCloud (12-Month Secondment)
In this role, you will provide expert user acceptance testing for the Oracle PeopleCloud application, covering key areas:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence
- Helpdesk
- Ask HR
- Talent
- Learn
Responsibilities
As a HR Systems Analyst, your duties will include:
- Participating in quarterly Oracle releases and testing new functionality
- Designing, writing, and executing test scripts
- Identifying, prioritising, and tracking defects for resolution
- Supporting system improvements and refinements

Working Arrangements
- This is a 12-month secondment opportunity
- Flexible working approaches are welcomed
- You will be required to work at least two days per week (or 40% of working time if part-time) based at our Swindon office
- Further operational details will be communicated by your hiring manager if successful
