A top law firm is hiring an HR Systems Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract, joining a well-established HR Operations team. Salary: £35,000 - £37,000.
You will be working closely with the HR Systems & Processes Manager and another HR Systems Administrator, helping to manage and improve the firm's HR system (Cascade) and supporting data and reporting across a 43-person HR department.
What you will be doing
- Managing day-to-day HR data and reporting
- Supporting the development of the HR system
- Helping build and automate workflows using the system's features
- Creating complex Excel reports and presenting data clearly
- Working with the HRIS vendor to resolve system issues
- Supporting annual pay gap reporting and the salary review process
- Getting involved in ongoing improvements to the HR service

What you will bring
- At least one year's HR systems experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication, written and verbal
- A methodical, can-do approach and strong problem-solving skills
