HR Systems Change Manager
A global private education organisation is looking for an HR Systems Change Manager to join on a Fixed Term Contract. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Description
The HR Systems Change Manager will:
- Support the HR Team with a HRIS upgrade and functionality improvements
- Lead the communication around the global HRIS transformation project to ensure clear and concise communication, gaining buy-in and engagement from the organisation
- Support the HR System team to drive new systems and processes to create innovation
- Educate the organisation on the benefits of HR system improvements
- Ensure the HRIS functionality improvement project is successfully delivered and bought into by the wider business
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered with clear and engaging communications
- Ensure the project adheres to timelines and milestones, utilizing project management experience
- Manage the HRIS transformation project to ensure effective integration into the organisation
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Use HR metrics and HR processes to enhance employee engagement
- Ensure the HR technology change is implemented smoothly with strong stakeholder engagement

- Previous HRIS change experience
- Experience in communicating change across an organisation in a clear, concise, and impactful way
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Understanding of HR system upgrades and functionality improvements, as well as managing multiple projects at one time
- Good cross-collaboration experience
- Global and matrix organisation experience essential
- Open to sector background
Job Offer
- Position: HR Systems Change Manager
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
- Location: London with hybrid working
- Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
- Start: At short notice
