HR Systems Coordinator | Fully Remote | End of August Start Date | Temporary until End of November | up to £17 per hour
Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation within the education sector to recruit an experienced HR Systems Administrator on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR systems professional to join a collaborative HR team and support the effective management of their HRIS during a busy period of change. This role is expected to start from 20th August or early September and will run until the end of November.
The Role
Reporting into the HR Systems Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation's HR system, maintaining data integrity and providing first-line support to users across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Administering and maintaining the HR Information System (experience with Every would be advantageous, but is not essential)
- Managing user access, permissions and security settings
- Providing system support and troubleshooting user queries
- Ensuring HR data is accurate, compliant and maintained to a high standard
- Supporting data cleansing activities to improve data quality and system reliability
- Assisting with HR systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting pay review processes and TUPE-related data activities where required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience supporting or administering HR systems, ideally within an education environment
- Experience supporting pay review processes and TUPE-related data activities
- Strong working knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent customer service skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
