HR Systems, Data & People Analytics Manager
Location: Heathrow Airport
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Reporting to: HR Director

Unifi Aviation is the largest aviation services provider in North America and a growing force across the UK & Ireland. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced HR Systems, Data & People Analytics Manager to lead our HR technology strategy, optimise our systems, and drive data-led decision-making across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing People & Culture team and play a key role in transforming how we use technology, data and insights to support a workforce operating across multiple airport locations.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you'll take ownership of our UK&I HR systems landscape, including UKG, Kronos/Time & Attendance, Avature and On the Job, ensuring our systems, processes and reporting capabilities support business growth and operational excellence.
Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you'll drive system optimisation, improve HR data quality, develop meaningful people analytics, streamline HR processes and provide insights that help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, our US parent company and external technology partners to maximise the value of our people technology and improve the employee and manager experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the UK&I HR systems landscape, ensuring systems are efficient, optimised and fit for purpose.
- Own HR reporting, dashboards and people analytics, delivering meaningful workforce insights and trends.
- Improve data quality, governance and compliance across all HR systems.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage HR systems projects, upgrades, integrations and enhancements.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting through robust people data and analysis.
- Lead HR reporting for audits, compliance requirements and statutory reporting, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Develop HR systems training, guides and self-service resources for managers and HR teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland and North America.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded HR systems professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Essential
- Experience managing HRIS platforms within a medium or large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UKG and HR technology solutions.
- Experience configuring workflows, security roles, reporting and integrations.
- Advanced Excel and HR data analytics skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience leading HR systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of GDPR and HR data governance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
- Experience within aviation, logistics, transport or other multi-site operational environments.
- Knowledge of payroll integrations and workforce management systems.
- Experience supporting large frontline or shift-based workforces.
- CIPD, Prince2, Agile or other relevant professional qualifications.
