HR Systems Expert

Ascom is a global healthcare technology company with more than 160 years of innovation. Our solutions support healthcare professionals around the world by improving communication, coordination, and clinical workflows across healthcare environments.

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Expert to join our Global HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining HR knowledge with systems expertise, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will play an important role in ensuring our HR systems run effectively, support our people processes, and deliver reliable data and insights to the business. Working closely with HR colleagues, IT teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders, you will help maintain, improve, and optimise our HR technology landscape while supporting global HR projects and initiatives.

About the Role

As our HR Systems Expert, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our HR systems. You will act as a key point of contact for system users, support process optimisation, coordinate enhancements, and help ensure data quality, compliance, and operational excellence across our HR technology environment.

Success in this role requires a structured and proactive approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities across a global organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
