HR Systems Implementation Lead

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Implementation Lead with a strong background in HR systems implementation to act as the HR lead throughout the project lifecycle. This role will bridge the gap between HR operations, system suppliers, and project stakeholders, ensuring the new solution delivers meaningful improvements to the employee and manager experience.

Client Details

Our client is embarking on a significant project to implement a new Employee Relations (ER) Case Management System, aimed at modernising and streamlining HR processes, improving case tracking, enhancing reporting capability, and transitioning key activities from manual to electronic workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of HR service delivery within a complex and people-focused organisation.

Description

  • Act as the HR lead for the implementation of a new Employee Relations Case Management System.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, IT colleagues, and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and map existing ER and HR processes, identifying opportunities for standardisation, simplification, and automation.
  • Design and support the transition from manual and paper-based processes to electronic workflows.
  • Capture business requirements and translate operational needs into system configuration requirements.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guidance materials.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of new ways of working.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Support change management, communications, and end-user training activities.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance considerations are incorporated into system design and implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
