Role Description

The HR, Talent & People Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, at Ealing Dental Specialists. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The position includes developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, and managing employee benefits and personnel records. The HR, Talent & People Manager will support people development initiatives, handle employee relations issues, and work closely with leadership to foster an engaging, supportive, and high-performing workplace culture. The role may also involve contributing to workforce planning, training coordination, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

  • Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in leading HR operations and initiatives.
  • Skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in Employee Benefits, including administration, communication, and optimisation of benefits programs.
  • Personnel Management skills, including performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, dental, or clinical settings is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage confidential information with discretion, and build trusted relationships across all staff levels.
  • Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) and prior experience in a similar HR leadership role are advantageous.
