We are recruiting for a HR Team Leader who acts as the golden thread between the Employee Services and operational teams, weaving relationships, insight, and expertise into a truly magical partnering experience.
Your Core Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be a trusted expert, problem solver, proven Team Leader, and advocate for service excellence. You'll lead our HR Administration team, oversee complex employee matters, and ensure our HR operations run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

Our Essential Requirements
Working at the heart of our Employee Services function, you'll leverage your expertise in Dayforce, ServiceNow (HRSD), Visio, and Excel to drive operational excellence, optimise processes, and deliver an exceptional end-to-end employee experience. Whether you're analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, mapping and improving workflows, or ensuring the integrity of employee records, you'll need to bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to everything you do.
