The Opportunity

Envision Pharma Group is building the foundation for a modern, connected HR function, and the HR Technology Analyst plays a critical hands-on role in making that vision real. We're looking for a technically strong practitioner who keeps our HR technology ecosystem healthy while helping shape where it goes next. You'll configure and support our core HR platforms, contribute to the HR technology roadmap, and serve as a key connection point between HR, IT, Finance, and our vendors. This is a role for someone who gets genuinely curious about how our HR centers of excellence work, listening for the manual, repetitive pain points and turning them into automation and self-service opportunities.

How Will You Make an Impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and implement core HR platforms supporting employee data changes, lifecycle processes, integrations (APIs, file feeds, etc.) and HR service delivery
  • Maintain system health, data integrity, and platform governance across the HR technology stack, keeping configuration and process documentation current and reliable
  • Serve as a technology advisor to HR centers of excellence, identifying where technology can address their challenges and translating business needs into system and process requirements for new implementations and enhancements
  • Partner with HR leadership to define key people metrics, design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports, and turn raw data into actionable insights
  • Support the development of an HR data governance model covering data definitions, access controls, naming conventions, and audit processes
  • Contribute to the HR technology strategic vision and roadmap in partnership with the Manager, HR Operations & Program Management
  • Drive day-to-day change management for system implementations and enhancements, building adoption across HR and the broader organization through process guides, knowledge articles, and training
  • Champion automation and continuous improvement, identifying where manual work can be eliminated or streamlined, and challenging the status quo
  • Stay current on AI capabilities within HR tech platforms and bring forward practical, well-scoped recommendations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
