What will you be doing?
As our HR Technology HCM Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for Workday HCM, supporting employees and managers across the business. You’ll deliver enhancements, manage small projects, and guide users through the platform with clarity and confidence. From gathering requirements to coordinating testing and supporting bi-annual releases, you’ll be at the heart of our HR technology transformation. You’ll also play a key role in data management, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement across our global HR processes.
Execution of HCM Service Delivery
- Deliver, support, and maintain HCM initiatives, including the implementation of the HR Projects
- First point of contact to our HR stakeholders and customer base for HCM queries
- Provide support to our customer base on all core Workday processes
- Caseload management, responding to HCM queries within agreed SLAs and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function
- Escalate tasks to the Global Product Owner as appropriate
- Take initiative and resolve cases to full completion
- Produce relevant paperwork in line with agreed processes and timelines
- Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles
- Requirements gathering according to Workday Implementation best practices

Process Improvements, Projects & Metrics
- Adhere to agreed timelines for project deliverables
- UAT Project coordination and resolution
- Adherence to metrics and work within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Minimal error rates and dissatisfied customers
- Involvement in projects as required
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being proactive, organized, and customer-focused. You’ll need to be comfortable working across multiple markets and confident in your ability to manage competing priorities. You’ll be a trusted partner to our HR teams and a champion for great user experiences.
- Proven solid functional knowledge of Workday HCM, including data structure and security
- Experience supporting global HR teams and projects (min 6 years)
- Strong understanding of HR technology vendors and implementation best practices
- Ability to manage workload effectively and drive service improvements
