Technology Programme Manager - Transformation
We are supporting a large, complex organisation undergoing a significant multi-year technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Technology Programme Manager to lead a major business-critical programme.
This is a senior-level role with responsibility for translating a complex technology transformation into measurable business outcomes. You will lead multiple workstreams, delivery partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring the programme remains commercially sound, well governed and aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a complex, multi-year technology programme across multiple workstreams
- Establishing delivery structures, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and success measures
- Managing programme investment, budgets, risks, issues and benefits realisation
- Providing effective governance, assurance and Executive-level reporting
- Leading relationships with technology partners, suppliers and systems integrators
- Working closely with senior business, technology, architecture, data, security and operational stakeholders
- Providing leadership and direction to Project Managers and wider programme teams
- Ensuring technology delivery is secure, compliant, scalable and operationally sustainable
- Driving successful transition into business-as-usual operations

Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Significant experience leading large-scale technology programmes within a large organisation or enterprise environment
- A track record of delivering complex technology transformation involving multiple projects, suppliers and stakeholder groups
- Experience with major enterprise platforms, ERP or business-critical technology transformation
- Strong programme governance, financial, commercial, risk and dependency management skills
- Experience operating in environments where resilience, data integrity, compliance and operational continuity are important
- Excellent senior stakeholder and Executive-level communication skills
- Experience leading sizeable matrix teams and working with major technology delivery partners
- A pragmatic, commercially aware and outcomes-focused leadership style
