Job Title: HR Technology Project Consultant - Talent Acquisition
Duration: 4 months
Schedule: 36.25 hrs/week – Inside IR35
Location: Sunbury / Canary Wharf – London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Start date: ASAP
This opportunity sits within a large-scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation focused on modernising platforms, processes and operating models. The role will bridge TA stakeholders and IT delivery teams, helping translate functional needs into delivery-ready requirements across Workday Recruiting, AI-enabled capabilities and digital automation. Working in a product- and squad-based agile environment, this position offers the chance to contribute to scalable, secure and compliant HR technology solutions.

Required Experience
- Background in Talent Acquisition or wider Talent functions.
- Experience delivering HR technology IT projects within complex IT delivery environments.
- Experience supporting system implementation, platform optimisation, AI-enabled solutions or automation initiatives.
- Ability to work across multiple interdependent workstreams within an agile, product- and squad-based delivery model.
- Experience collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT delivery teams and technology vendors.
Required Skills:
- Ability to translate Talent Acquisition needs into delivery-ready functional requirements.
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting ecosystems.
- Capability to support solution design across HR technology, AI and automation.
- Strong partnership skills when working with Product Owners and agile squads.
- Ability to balance pace, quality, risk and enterprise governance in technology delivery.
