HR - Training Manager - 12 month FTC
£40,000 per annum
Your role with us:
The Training Manager is responsible for building capability across the Customer Service function by designing and delivering effective, practical training solutions. The role ensures colleagues are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to deliver a high-quality customer experience, including confident use of systems, processes, and AI-enabled tools.
We are looking for people who have:
- A strong background in Customer Service operations, processes, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (desirable), with a willingness to proactively develop capability if not already proficient.
- Experience in creating and delivering structured training programmes in both classroom and 1:1 coaching settings.
- A demonstrable experience designing technical customer service training tailored to diverse audiences.

- Experienced in embedding system changes, digital tools, or automation into operational teams.
- Able to create engaging, high-quality learning content across multiple formats.
- Strong communicator with exceptional attention to consistency and detail.
- Highly effective at coaching with the ability to build confidence and capability in others.
