Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a leading international retail group to recruit an HR Transformation (AI) Partner to support a major programme of AI-enabled organisational transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, fast-paced consumer business as it evolves towards an AI-enabled operating model. Here you will help translate AI and automation initiatives into practical people strategies across organisation design, workforce planning, capability development, and change management.
Roles & Responsibilities
The roles & responsibilities of this HR Transformation (AI) Partner role include -
- Partnering with senior leaders on AI-driven transformation and operating model change.
- Consulting on how AI and automation will impact organisational structures, roles, and ways of working.
- Supporting organisation design and role evolution aligned with AI and automation initiatives.
- Conducting workforce planning and capability mapping to identify future skills requirements.
- Identifying skills gaps created by emerging technologies and helping develop future-ready teams.
- Leading and supporting change programmes to ensure strong employee engagement and sustainable adoption.
- Translating technology and AI programmes into clear, practical People and HR outcomes.
- Working cross-functionally with People, Technology, Transformation, and specialist AI teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this HR Transformation (AI) Partner role -
- Experience within HR/People Business Partnering, People Transformation, HR Transformation, or organisational change.
- Demonstrable experience consulting on, driving, or implementing AI capability within a People/HR function, gained either in-house or within a consultancy environment.
- A strong track record of supporting change and transformation programmes.
- Experience in organisation design and evolving roles or operating models.
- Strong workforce planning and capability-mapping experience.
- Exposure to technology-enabled, digital, or AI transformation programmes.
- The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Someone who has worked in a consultancy practice within a transformation or people or HR capacity would be ideally suited to this role.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
