Job Description
We're on a mission to make HR simpler, smarter and easier for our people. To help us get there, we're looking for an experienced HR Services Transformation Lead to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is far more than a traditional HR role. We're looking for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, solving operational problems and turning complex processes into seamless experiences.
You'll support reshaping how HR Services, Payroll and Employee Relations aid the business, bringing clarity, control and consistency to the way we work. Whether it's improving processes, enhancing documentation, strengthening governance or introducing smarter ways of working, you'll play a key role in building an HR service that delivers for both employees and managers.
What you'll be doing
You'll drive the transformation of HR operations across Valeo Foods UK, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and employee experience. You'll simplify processes, embed best practice, strengthen governance and help deliver sustainable improvements that support the future growth of the organisation.

- Experience within HR Shared Services, HR Operations or a similar HR environment.
- A track record of leading process improvement, transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong experience creating process documentation, SOPs and service frameworks.
- A passion for improving customer experience and making things simpler.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions.
- The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
