We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Transformation Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong project management expertise with a passion for data, process improvement, AI and automation technologies. The successful candidate will help drive the next phase of our HR transformation journey, improving colleague experience, increasing operational efficiency and embedding innovative ways of working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and deliver HR transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Manage multiple workstreams across the HR transformation portfolio, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, monitor performance and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Drive process simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement across HR services.
- Identify, evaluate and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Develop project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs and executive-level reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Operations and the wider business.
- Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and ways of working.
- Act as a subject matter expert on transformation methodologies, helping to build capability across the HR function.

QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Significant experience leading HR, business or operational transformation programmes.
- Strong project and programme management capability, with experience managing complex initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
- Advanced data analysis skills, including the ability to extract insights and develop recommendations from large and complex datasets.
- Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools to drive business insights.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation and digital solutions to improve business processes and deliver efficiencies.
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform or similar technologies to improve productivity and automate processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders confidently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of process mapping, continuous improvement and driving operational efficiencies.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
