HR Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst
We are supporting a leading private equity organisation through a significant HR transformation, including the optimisation of its HR operating model and the controlled migration from Workday to HiBob.
We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the programme from initial business case through to implementation, cutover and the eventual retirement of Workday.
This is a hands-on role combining programme leadership, business analysis, HR process optimisation and HR technology transformation.
The role will involve:
- Leading the end-to-end HR optimisation programme and Workday → HiBob migration
- Developing an investment-grade business case, including options, costs, benefits, and resourcing
- Reviewing and redesigning HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Defining business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Leading data readiness, migration, integrations, and testing
- Working closely with HR, Technology, Finance, Change, and external implementation partners
- Managing programme governance, risks, dependencies, milestones, and senior stakeholder reporting
- Supporting change, adoption, training, and business readiness
- Planning and delivering a controlled cutover and the retirement of Workday within its contractual window

We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering HR transformation or HR technology programmes
- Strong combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience
- Experience implementing or replacing a core HRIS
- Hands-on experience across process discovery, requirements, future-state design, data migration, testing, and business readiness
- Experience managing HRIS decommissioning and/or software vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle
- Experience producing business cases and senior-level decision papers
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams

Desirable:
- Direct Workday, HiBob, or comparable HRIS transformation experience
- Experience in a regulated, professional services, or multi-location environment
- Experience with HR data governance, privacy, security, and enterprise integrations
- Experience measuring benefits and adoption following implementation
