Role: Senior Change Manager - HR Transformation
Duration: 12 months Fixed Term Contract
Start date: Immediate start
Location: London, United Kingdom
CBRE’s Horizon Program - EMEA will transform how the People Team delivers services; providing a simpler, more enhanced experience that aligns with the needs of our people and our business. The Change Manager shapes and delivers the change strategy and change action plans to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption of the enhanced systems, processes and ways of working introduced through the transformation.
What You Need To Apply
- Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager on large HR transformations in EMEA
- Strong grounding in structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience managing change networks

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute the integrated change management plan
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments
- Design and deliver communications, engagement, and adoption activities
- Build and maintain strong executive and leader sponsorship
- Identify resistance and implement mitigation strategies
- Partner with Training Lead to align change and learning activities
- Track and report change adoption and effectiveness metrics
- Support and upskill the Change Networks to be the front face of the change in their teams
