Your Role And Responsibilities

The HR Business Development (HRBD) Professional supports strategic business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing engagements, and employee integrations. Working as part of a global HRBD team, this role assists in the execution of HR solutions, employee transition activities, data analysis, and project coordination to ensure successful transaction outcomes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Support & HR Solutions

  • Support HR Business Development Consultants and Deal Leads on acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing transactions, and workforce integrations.
  • Assist in developing and executing HR transition and integration plans.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate employee and organizational data to support due diligence and decision making.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical materials for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support for employee transfers and onboarding activities.

HR Transition & Project Execution

  • Prepare and manage employee data files required for onboarding, transfers, and HR system integrations.
  • Coordinate activities across HR systems and tools to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
  • Track project milestones, status updates, and deliverables.
  • Monitor employee data loads and support issue resolution.
  • Execute employee retention and integration-related payments and administrative activities.

Employee Experience

  • Provide responsive support to employees and stakeholders throughout transition activities.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact employee onboarding or integration timelines.
  • Apply best practices to deliver a positive employee experience during organizational change.
  • Support employee communications and onboarding activities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Legal.
  • Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in mergers & acquisitions, organizational transformation, workforce transitions, or project management.
