HR Business Partner

Location: Leeds

Salary: £44-51K

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influencing strategic decision-making, strengthening people practices, and helping to create a high-performing, inclusive culture. If you're passionate about partnering with leaders to deliver meaningful business outcomes through people, we'd love to hear from you.

As a trusted HR partner, you'll work collaboratively with leadership teams across the organisation to:

  • Align HR strategy with wider business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  • Lead and support organisational development, performance management and change initiatives.
  • Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support talent management, succession planning and workforce development strategies.
  • Champion a positive, values-driven culture that promotes engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in managing people effectively.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of HR policies, practices and people initiatives.

About You

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to build credible relationships at all levels of the organisation.

You'll bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence working alongside senior leaders.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvement.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
