A media and events business is looking to bring a People Partner to their team. With around 200 employees globally and ambitious growth plans to double in size by 2030, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its journey.

Reporting into the People Director and working alongside a People Manager, you'll partner closely with managers across the business while contributing to key people initiatives on both a UK and global scale.

This is a broad generalist role that will play a key role in evolving the people function in the business covering ER and organisational change, learning and development, talent initiatives and HR projects, alongside supporting day-to-day people operations. It's a hands-on position where you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities for improvement, influence stakeholders and help embed best practice as the business continues to scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
