Temporary HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Milton Keynes | Interim Contract until at least the end of the year | Immediate Start Available
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for your next interim challenge? Do you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and have extensive experience leading and supporting TUPE projects from start to finish?
We're partnering with an ambitious and growing business in Milton Keynes that is on an exciting growth journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the organisation during a pivotal period, working closely with the Head of HR to deliver key people projects and provide expert HR support.
The Role
As the Temporary HRBP, you'll play a critical role in supporting a significant TUPE transfer project, while also providing hands-on guidance and expertise across a range of complex Employee Relations matters.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the Head of HR with a major TUPE transfer project
- Managing TUPE due diligence activities and reviewing employee data
- Leading and supporting employee consultations
- Providing expert advice throughout the end-to-end TUPE process
- Managing and advising on complex Employee Relations cases
- Partnering with managers to provide pragmatic HR solutions
- Supporting organisational change and business growth initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Extensive, Hands-on TUPE Experience, Including
- Due diligence
- Consultation processes
- Stakeholder management
- End-to-end transfer management
Strong Employee Relations experience, including complex case management
- The ability to quickly build credibility and influence stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to work autonomously
- Availability to start at short notice
