We're working with a founder-led SME who are looking for a People Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, this is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work closely with the founders and senior leadership team, acting as a trusted point of contact across all things people. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, building strong relationships and having an influence on how a growing company develops its people.
- You'll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from advising managers on day-to-day people matters and employee relations through to performance, engagement, recruitment, talent, and wider people projects.
- There's plenty of scope to improve and develop processes as the business grows, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, spotting what needs doing and getting on with it.

Being founder-led, the business is entrepreneurial and fast-moving. You'll need to be confident working autonomously, comfortable advising senior stakeholders, and able to balance being pragmatic and commercial with doing the right thing for the people in the business.

You'll ideally have experience in a generalist HR/People Partner role within an SME or similarly fast-paced environment, with a solid knowledge of UK employment law. They are 2 days a week in a West London office, with parking on site.
