Role: HRBP Specialist
As an HRBP Specialist in the technology and telecoms sector, based in Birmingham, you'll focus on supporting the business by delivering strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This role ensures the organisation runs smoothly by aligning HR practices with business goals.

A high growth, PE backed company in the technology and telecoms industry, located in Birmingham.
Description
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Lead initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Profile
A successful HRBP Specialist should have:
- A strong background in human resources, particularly in the technology and telecoms sector.
- Experience partnering with a demanding CTO.
- Proven experience in employee relations and HR strategy implementation.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- A professional HR qualification or equivalent experience.

Job Offer
- Salary between £65,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
