Your new company
This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a large organisation and work alongside a team of 4-5 other HR Business Partners who are all preparing to embark on a period of change in their HR TOM. The organisation are based in Reading and do require this interim role to be carried out on a hybrid basis, you should expect to be on site at least 3 days each week.
Your new role
You will be joining at a pivotal time as the team are moving into new ways of working in HR. You will be given a dedicated client group to partner with where you will carry out duties such as:
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Holistic Performance Management
- Talent Development

You will be supporting directors and senior stakeholders through their new ways of working too, so you should expect and be prepared to find a range of appetite and understanding of the importance of strategic HR initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a HR Business partner who is a great storyteller and who can take their stakeholders on this exciting journey. You will need to be patient and understanding when ensuring the new ways of working are implemented effectively in your client group. A bull in a China shop approach certainly would not work! In this role, you will be a 'do-er' who can get stuck in and help the team drive the new practices forward. You will ideally have a proven track record of successful business partnering within the public sector.
