Our client, a leading organisation within the entertainment industry, is looking to appoint an experienced HRIS Analyst / People Systems Analyst to join their People team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR systems experience who enjoys improving processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting business-wide decision making through effective people systems.

This is a key role supporting the ongoing development of the organisation's People Systems, with particular focus on ensuring high-quality employee data, supporting payroll readiness, and driving system improvements as the business prepares for the implementation of a new payroll system.

The Role

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Operations and venue management teams, you will take ownership of the organisation's HR Information System, ensuring employee data is accurate throughout the employee lifecycle while providing valuable reporting and analytical insights to the wider business.

You'll act as the primary systems expert, supporting users across the organisation and identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the HR system, including configuration, user access, security, troubleshooting and data integrity.
  • Act as the primary contact for the HR system provider.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, Operations and venue management teams to ensure accurate employee records.
  • Maintain employee lifecycle data, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences and timesheet information.
  • Carry out regular system audits, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Produce HR and payroll reports, dashboards and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Support system upgrades, testing and integrations alongside the Technology team.
  • Deliver system training and create user guidance to encourage best practice across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, GDPR and internal data governance policies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve system functionality.
  • Support HR and Payroll projects relating to system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
