Job Title

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and making technology work better for the people who use it?

We're working with a well-established international business to find an HRIS Analyst to join its team, supporting the ongoing development, optimisation and day-to-day operation of its HR systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in SAP SuccessFactors who is looking to take the next step in their career, moving into a more specialised HRIS position where they can take ownership, influence improvements and make a tangible difference across the business.

The Role

Sitting within a wider HRIS function, you'll play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of the HR systems landscape, providing hands-on support to users while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance functionality.

Working closely with HR, IT and wider business stakeholders, you'll help bridge the gap between system capability and the needs of the people using it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day first- and second-line support for HRIS users, troubleshooting issues and managing escalations where required.
  • Supporting system implementations, enhancements and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual workloads and improve operational efficiency.
  • Supporting reporting and data administration, helping stakeholders understand and utilise HR data effectively.
  • Gathering end-user feedback and translating recurring issues into meaningful system improvements.
  • Collaborating with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT and Communications teams to support system developments.
  • Supporting change management activities, ensuring users are informed and prepared for platform updates and interface changes.
  • Championing the effective use of HR technology, ensuring systems are fully leveraged and deliver value across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
