Overview

I'm currently working with a very highly regarded Professional Services organisation seeking a HRIS & Payroll Administrator to join their HR Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel and data analysis skills who enjoys working with large datasets, investigating discrepancies, producing reports, and supporting payroll processes. The role would suit candidates from HR, payroll, finance, data administration, or analytical backgrounds looking to further develop their systems and reporting expertise. This role will be based in their very modern City of London office 3 days per week (4 days for the first 12 weeks).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and validate data between HR and payroll systems.
  • Support monthly payroll processes and carry out payroll reconciliations.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders across the business.
  • Analyse employee data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support HR systems administration and ongoing process improvements.
  • Assist with annual reporting projects, reviews, and wider HR operations activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
