HRIS Business Analyst
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme within a global, purpose-led organisation. You will work closely with HR, IT and project teams to gather and document requirements, support system delivery and testing, and ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual (BAU) operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant HR technology transformation within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and support solution design.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system design, build, testing and UAT.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring quality delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and support governance requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and the transition into BAU.
- Support system integrations, onboarding and ongoing enhancements.

About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS or transformation programmes.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
- Strong requirements-gathering, analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience in testing, UAT and requirements traceability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across international teams.
- Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable and results-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
