HRIS Director
An international organization is looking for an experienced HR Technology Director to take ownership of their HR systems, leading the BAU, enhancements, and continuous support of their Workday and people technology platforms.
You will be joining my client as they embark on an exciting period of digital transformation, dealing with the continuous improvement and enhancement of their existing landscape, strategizing best practice to improve processes, increasing ROI from the implementation, and ensuring that the platform is being fully utilized.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a HRIS Director or equivalent.
- Strong background in HR Digital Transformation projects.
- Proven demonstrable business development and implementation experience in Workday, preferably at large, complex multinationals.
- Experience driving the growth of a transformation team.
- Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills - you will be comfortable typically consulting with CFO and CEOs.
