HRIS IMPLEMENTATION LEAD
THE ROLE
An investment manager is appointing an HRIS Implementation Lead to own the day-to-day delivery of a multi-module HR technology transformation spanning HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Reward and Learning. The role runs end to end, from configuration through to go-live, and sits alongside a wider redesign of the HR operating model.
DELIVERY SCOPE
- Design — configuration workshops, design decisions and process redesign
- Data — migration, cleansing and validation
- Testing — UAT and full test cycles
- Adoption — training, communications and change activity
- Go-live — cutover planning, readiness and stabilisation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Complex HRIS/HCM implementations delivered through to go-live
- Multi-module experience across HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Benefits or Reward
- Hands-on ownership of data migration, UAT, configuration workshops, process redesign and cutover
- Working knowledge of HR operations, HR technology and payroll statutory requirements
- Business process mapping, change management and user adoption methodologies

- Coordination of multiple workstreams to a single delivery plan
- Senior stakeholder management, including constructive challenge
- Workshop facilitation and issue resolution
- Ability to maintain pace, accountability and clear decision-making
THE OPPORTUNITY
Ownership of a multi-module programme rather than a single workstream, direct exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic business change, and influence over the HR processes and operating model that follow the implementation.
